Hi, I'm Phoebe,
your OT for a more
fulfilling daily life.

When stress, emotional challenges, or major life changes leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next, you do not have to navigate it alone.

I am a UK HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a special interest in mental health and the connection between mind, body, and daily life. I believe that how we think, feel, and live each day are closely connected, and that lasting change often starts with taking the time to better understand ourselves and what truly matters to us.

Through one-to-one online occupational therapy coaching, I support adults living in the UK who may be experiencing stress, burnout, life transitions, adjusting to life abroad, relationship challenges, or simply feeling that life has become harder to manage than it used to be.

Together, we can explore what is getting in the way, identify what supports your wellbeing, and find practical ways to create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and sustainable.

I work with both English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients, offering a bilingual space where you can express yourself fully.

Support tailored
to your world.

I work with you if you're navigating any of the following:

Students studying & adjusting abroad Settling into a new culture, language, and way of studying

Facing academic pressure, cultural differences, relationships, or uncertainty about the future. Feeling anxious, isolated, or unsupported, and hoping to find a rhythm and direction that fit you better.

People in a life or career transition Unsure about your next step

Whether you're graduating, changing jobs, moving abroad, or rethinking your direction. When you feel lost, stuck, or unable to decide, we can untangle your thoughts and next steps together.

Professionals facing burnout Working hard, yet feeling more and more drained

After a long stretch in a high-pressure environment you've lost motivation and energy. It may even be affecting your sleep, health, or relationships, and you want to rebuild a balance between work and life.

People navigating relationship difficulties Relationship struggles are spilling into your life

Whether it's a breakup, conflict, a long-distance relationship, or repeating the same patterns, I'll help you process your emotions, understand your needs, and rebuild a sense of stability.

New parents raising children abroad Caring for your child and yourself at once isn't easy

Without family support nearby, you're juggling parenting, your relationship, and daily life all at once, and want a more sustainable way of living that suits your family.

People living abroad seeking balance Life looks stable, but inside you're constantly tired

The stress, loneliness, and identity questions that build up over years of adjusting to life abroad may be quietly affecting your wellbeing and quality of life.

Everything you
need to know.

Occupational therapy helps you take part in the activities that matter in daily life: the things you enjoy, the things you want to do, and the things you need to do. For mental wellbeing, this often means starting from you: exploring your daily routines, clarifying your values, noticing the roles you carry and the environment around you, and finding practical ways to make daily life more sustainable and meaningful.

Sessions are 50 minutes, held on a secure video platform, and we start with a free 15-minute intro call so you can get a feel for the approach before committing.

They’re more practical than you might expect. We usually begin with how things have been since we last spoke, then look together at one part of your daily life: your routines, the roles you carry, the demands around you, and what’s getting in the way. I ask questions to help you notice patterns that are hard to see from the inside. We finish by agreeing something small and realistic to try before the next session: a change to a routine, a boundary, a different way of using your energy. Your first session includes a little more background so I understand your situation properly. You set the pace, and you never have to share more than you want to.

Yes. I offer fully bilingual sessions in both English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese). You can switch between languages mid-session, whatever feels most natural to you.

I offer OT coaching consultations, a structured, goal-focused approach grounded in occupational therapy principles. It is not psychotherapy or counselling, but it draws on evidence-based techniques to support your mental wellbeing and daily functioning.

I primarily work with adults based in the UK, including students, working professionals, and parents, many of whom are navigating the unique challenges of living in the UK or abroad. I work with both Mandarin and English-speaking clients. If you are not sure whether this is right for you, you are welcome to book a free 15-minute intro call and we can work it out together.
