Terms of Use
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. About This Website
This website is operated by Phoebe Hsieh (legal name Wei-Yun Hsieh), trading as BodyMindOT, an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist. The website provides information about occupational therapy services and facilitates initial enquiries.
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website only. Occupational therapy coaching and workshops are provided under the separate BodyMindOT Terms & Conditions, which are provided to you before booking.

2. Healthcare Disclaimer
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or, in an emergency, contact your local emergency services or the NHS (999 / 111).
One-to-one online consultations are conducted via Google Meet. By participating, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. Sessions are never recorded, by either party.
Experiential group workshops are delivered online or in person at a physical venue. Workshops are educational in nature and do not constitute individual clinical treatment or assessment. We ask all participants to treat what others share as confidential and not to repeat it outside the group; however, in a group setting we cannot guarantee that every participant will do so, and so you should share only personal health information that you would be comfortable others in the group hearing.
The free 15-minute introductory call is not a therapy or coaching session. It is a short conversation to discuss your needs and decide together whether this service is right for you, and it does not create an ongoing therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship — and ongoing professional responsibility for your care — begins only once your first paid appointment is confirmed in writing. Professional standards, including confidentiality, apply to any contact with Phoebe Hsieh in her capacity as an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
